SHIPPING AND TRANSIT INFO

  •  While we aim to process and deliver your items to you ASAP, unforeseen delays may impact the estimated arrival times. If you have questions about your estimated delivery date, please email us at Contact Page.
  •  We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Sea moss gel is perishable and we want to make sure that you get your product in a timely manner so that you can begin to enjoy your remedy right away.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to dispute any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or with your bank/credit card company.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

  • All sea moss gel products are made fresh to order! Please allow 3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order. Please save this email! You can use it to check the status of your order.
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a link you can use to track status and delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
  • Any products that are delivered damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please take photos of your product, and email them with your name and order number to Contact Page.
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase so please reach out to us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order so that we can find a remedy for you.
